Enisa was also a core team member in Ridwan Kamil - Governor of West Java's political communications team, Deputy Chief Editor at Baliluwih, a lifestyle and tourism publication in Bali. Enisa's core expertise and experience in storytelling and communications will measure the extent of marketing and communications strategy for Siak Agritourism RBZ, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement.

Enisa is also an active community building in Cirebon, Bandung, and Bali; highly experienced in engaging stakeholders of various communities. She initiated the formation of ironsmiths advocacy group in Cirebon, advisor to women’s social issues community group in Bandung, Secretary General for Women's Community Healthcare movement, and is active in promoting women's entrepreneurship development.
