With over 15 years experience in international business, reputation management and stakeholder engagement, Lishia started her career in Indonesia managing a portfolio of companies in hospitality, healthcare and education industries. In 2007, She joined a UNDP-Ministry of Home Affairs project to develop Sustainable Capacity Building for Decentralization in early days of Indonesia's decentralized governance reform. She then continued to work closely with UNDP Partnership and Kementerian Percepatan Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal where the project mapped economic potential in 200 villages across Indonesia’s most underdeveloped regions. Subsequently Lishia has successfully established and grew various operations and businesses throughout her career in Europe, Singapore, Hong Kong and now back in Indonesia to lead ASYX.
Clients & Stakeholders that have worked with Lishia include major global brands such as SAP, SONY, Microsoft, United Nations, HSBC, Citibank, Hang Seng Bank, Bvlgari, Maserati, Jebsen, Dairy Farm Group, Singapore Airlines, Novartis, Alcon, Pfizer, European Commission, Asian Development Bank and various government bodies in Asia and Europe.
Lishia is a member of APINDO MSME/MSMI Committee for Entrepreneurship Development.
Recognized by UBS Bank as one of the most inspiring Indonesian women in 2018, Lishia was also featured as a thought leader by Oxford Business Group’s Indonesia Country report 2019. Lishia's creative campaign works for major brands have won international awards in Asia Pacific and in the USA. Lishia is a strong advocate for youth entrepreneurship and social impact.
