Java Software Engineer

Location: Jakarta

As a Java Software Engineer you are responsible for maintaining ASYX systems and implementing changes to these systems. You will coordinate changes with the Project Manager and ensure that the changes are implemented according to specification and QA standards. After implementation, test results will be coordinated with Quality Assurance. You will directly report to the Technical Operations Lead.

Responsibilities

Coordinate specifications of changes with Project Manager
Implement changes to ASYX systems
Ensure that implemented changes are according to specification and QA standards
Coordinate test results with the Quality Assurance

Requirements

You have at least 2 years’ experience in Java development
You have experience with Java J2ee web-development
You have experience with XML and XSLT transformation
Experience with service oriented architectures (SOA) is an advantage
Experience with business process management (BPM) is an advantage
You possess good English speaking and - writing skills
You are a no-nonsense, hard-working, “get-on-with-the-job” type of person
