As a Project Manager you are responsible for the delivery of both new customer implementation projects as well as changes to existing customer projects. You will directly communicate with the customer and analyze their business processes. Together with the customer you will specify the change and determine operational constraints of these changes. After specification of changes is accepted, you will hand over the change to the Software and System Engineers assigned. Once implementation of the change is completed you will coordinate with Quality Assurance and ensure that the change does meet specifications and operational constraints. You will guide customer in the process of enabling changes into production environments. You will directly report to Technical Operations Lead.

Location: Jakarta
As a Java Software Engineer you are responsible for maintaining ASYX systems and implementing changes to these systems. You will coordinate changes with the Project Manager and ensure that the changes are implemented according to specification and QA standards. After implementation, test results will be coordinated with Quality Assurance. You will directly report to the Technical Operations Lead.

Requirements
- You have at least 2 years’ experience in Java development
- You have experience with Java J2ee web-development

Location: Jakarta
As a System Engineer you are responsible for the operation and maintenance of ASYX systems and implementing changes to these systems. You will monitor systems and follow up on any deviation from normal operating conditions. You will take corrective action to restore normal operation as soon as possible and analyze the root cause of incidents. Based on this you will propose changes to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future again. You will execute security risk mitigation procedures in place and will promptly follow on any security incidents. You will directly report to the Technical Operations Lead.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain ASYX systems and report deviations from normal operation
- Implement changes to ASYX systems
- Take corrective action to restore normal operation
- Analyze root cause of incidents and propose changes to prevent
- Execute security risk mitigation procedures and promptly follow on any security incidents
Requirements
- You have at least 3 years’ experience with Linux system management in an enterprise environment
- You have experience with Redhat Enterprise Linux or comparable Linux distribution
- You have experience with Apache web-server setup, configuration and maintenance
- You have experience with Java application server setup, configuration and maintenance
- You have experience with MySQL setup, configuration and maintenance
- You have experience with AWS concepts and configuration
- Experience with Xen / KVM virtualization is an advantage

As an Application Support Engineer you are responsible for the operation of ASYX applications. Location: Jakarta
As a test engineer you are responsible to ensure that any change implemented to ASYX systems functions as specified and within operational constraints. You will define test scenarios and coordinate test sessions based on those scenarios. Results will be communicated with the responsible engineers and in case of any deviation in specified behavior you will coordinate the correction of these deviations. You will directly report to the Technical Operations Lead.

- Determine operational constrains of ASYX systems
- Coordinate test efforts and verify changes according to test scenarios and operational constraints
- Coordinate correction of any deviations in test results
- Ensure processes comply with defined quality standards

- You have at least 2 years’ experience in structured test methodologies in a software development environment
- You have experience with performance test methodologies of web based applications
- You have experience in testing high volume message based systems

Location: Jakarta
As a Technical Writer you are overseeing all documentation and training materials of the ASYX product range for our international and Indonesian customer base. You will ensure that all materials are consistent and of the highest possible quality. You will cooperate with project manager and developer to gain requirements of the latest product features and will be actively involved in the realization phase of projects to ensure that documentation is available on release. You will create documentation in multiple different output formats and for different audiences. You will create training materials in both traditional slide based formats but also video and interactive self-study materials. You will propose new standards for documentation and improvements to existing standards. You will directly report to Technical Operations Lead.

- Overseeing all documentation and training materials

As a Service Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customer. You will see that customer service is provided according to highest possible standards. You will ensure that proper escalation procedures are followed to 2nd level support. You will propose structural improvements to the internal process and systems.
